Webinar: Safety and OSHA Awareness for Supervisors

AFSA Logo

This is an excellent deal for AFSA members to get the required training for supervisors on May 7th, 2015.

When it comes to training your employees on safety do you know what training your Front-Line Supervisors need? Yes, they need the same basic training as everyone else, but they also need additional training that goes beyond that. They need to know how to spot the hazards that are often overlooked; they need to know how to recognize the employee that is always willing to take chances when he thinks no one is looking. Do they know what the company disciplinary policy says? Do they know what to do when OSHA shows up on the job-site? Are they aware of your rights during an inspection?
